🚨 Critical Privacy Breach: I Received Another User’s Data

Hi Team,

During my session with ChatGPT on April 6, 2025, I experienced a serious issue where it seems like my chat session was cross-connected with another user’s. Specifically:

I uploaded my own files and gave personal prompts, but the assistant responded with another user’s private data — including an admit card with full name, roll number, mobile number, and photo.

Even AI-generated content (like the photo and signature) was based on that other user’s personal details, not mine.

The assistant even kept addressing me using the other person’s name ("Saurabh") — which confirms that prompt or memory crossover happened behind the scenes.

This is a critical violation of user privacy, and I’m reporting it urgently. Please investigate how my chat session got mixed with someone else’s, and ensure this never happens again.
