  • Update to the latest build tools.
  • Refresh dependencies.
  • Add gradlew.bat to build under Windows.
  • Ignore some build dirs.
  • Drop garbage from output APK.

P.S. Updating to gradle plugin 7.0 makes possible to remove workaround in Dockerfile (downloading v30 and copying dx and dx.jar to v31).
Update to the latest build tools.
