Numerous issues spanning from incredibly slow loading times, lag navigating from page to page, no idea how many products are in stock (especially when "in line" for something, or where you are in queue for that matter), the list could go on. We all love being forced to utilize the "drops" page for products that caters to bots, allowing them to specify a specific time to hone in on with ease. Unless significant overhauls are done to improve this app, I will not utilize it any further.

I'm surprised this app has a good rating. First, it's laggy. Second, a bug caused my purchased TV to not appear in my purchase history. I contacted customer service, but no one could resolve the issue. I made the purchase in November 2024, and it still hasn't shown up. Because of this bug, I also missed the post-purchase price match, which could have saved me $600.

Use the desktop experience. Maybe it works well on iPhone and Samsung, but on Google it can take in excess of 25 seconds to load the home page on a Gigabyte Internet connection. Then it's unresponsive to inputs, so you have to struggle your way through just searching for a product. Oh, and good luck on a foldable device. It was always slow but I'm unsure what changes were made to bring it to a crawl. Frustrating especially when stores try to encourage you to use the app.
