Maybe folks want to move the window, and always leave it there?

I'm thinking three options:

• Leave it where it was
• Re-center it (default)
• Open it where the Start Menu would be (spicy)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

You can move the command palette window around, but the next time you launch the palette it snaps back to the center position. It would be great to be able to optionally have it always open wherever I last left it... and you know what? It would also be really cool if there were a command that was just 'reset command palette position' or similar.

Scenario when this would be used?

Probably all the time for folks that want it to open in a specific spot. Spotlight works this way.

A really clean example is that I'm trying to record some content to share the awesome new module with the world, but I have an ultrawide and only share half of my screen for recordings. I can't really show off the tool easily in this setup because each time I launch the palette it jumps back to the center of the screen and I have to drag it over to the portion of the screen that is in the screen recording.
