We are excited to announce the new launch of API solutions for WhatsApp Business App users, a much requested feature that allows businesses to use both the WhatsApp Business App and the Cloud API with the same phone number.
This means you can provide your clients with a smooth onboarding experience to your platform. It also offers greater flexibility in managing conversations across both the Business App and the API, facilitating business growth.
Integrating WhatsApp API solution into your embedded sign-up flow is straightforward and should take approximately two weeks. We have provided lift & shift assets to assist you. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Developer Documentation.
This will be a global rollout excluding businesses in India, UK, EEA, Turkey, Japan, Nigeria, Australia, Philippines, South Korea, South Africa and Russia. We are working to extend this list.
